About
I was born into a Cambodian family of real estate developers and naturally followed the family tradition. Early in my career, I managed projects—overseeing supplies, timelines, and budgets. I later moved to Singapore to study Business and Multilingual Studies, then to the U.S. in 2004 to grow in real estate while earning my MBA from the University of Phoenix. I became a licensed loan officer and mortgage underwriter, working with KB Homes and Woodside Homes. In 2008, I earned my real estate license and have since helped homeowners and investors buy, sell, and renovate more than 100 California properties through wholesale and fix-and-flip projects. In 2018, my partners and I founded La Terra Villa, a real estate investment and development firm in El Dorado Hills, CA. With over a decade of experience in real estate, mortgage, and development, I’m passionate about guiding my clients toward success. I’m fluent in English, Cambodian, and Thai.
